Nearly impossible to get an appointment on the phone,I sometimes have an urgent condition which needs treatment with antibiotics ,and I cannot even see the on call Dr, same with the website.i often have to go to Katie rd walk in clinic instead ,the reception staff are friendly and helpful ,I have found some of the nurses a bit stand offish , the dr's are a mixture, some really nice, some downright awful, lordswood practice used to be good, but not so much now.the toilets are not very well maintained especially for a DRS surgery, the self service booking in terminal was a good idea,saves waiting in the queue
